Community Updates:

As of April 15th, 2025: The Pool & Spa are OPEN. The Tot Lot, Clubhouse & Tennis Courts are OPEN.

The pool thermal heat is turned off mid-October and turned back on mid-April every year. The reason for this is that there is insignificant sun & too cold of nights to adequately heat the pool via the thermal heat. Consequently, unless there is a significant heat wave during the spring with warmer night temps, the pool typically takes several weeks for it to warm up once the thermal heat is turned back on in April.

  • We continue to use the owner’s portal for community communication, logging work orders throughout the community and for all accounting purposes. Should you need assistance in accessing your portal or resetting your password, feel free to contact Management at any time. The Homeowner Portal link is listed below.

  • The next regular session Board meeting is scheduled for April 29th at 5pm. We will continue to keep the zoom meeting an option & available for those who would prefer to join remotely, however the Board will continue to meet in person. Feel free to join the zoom meeting link if you’d ever like to observe or need a couple of minutes to address the Board about any topic. Although the Board is limited on any decision making to only items listed on the Agenda, we can take note for future meetings if action cannot be taken right away.

The Homeowners Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 29th, 2025 @ 6pm in the clubhouse. The Inspector of Elections (IOE) has mailed out all of the notices and documents for that zoom link. If quorum is achieved, the IOE will announce the election results that evening. All homeowners are encouraged to attend either via the zoom link or in person. Ballots were mailed out at the end of March & need to be received by the IOE no later than 1pm on 4/29/25. Please note, your community manager, Clover, is NOT the IOE and cannot accept ballots on your behalf. If ballots are left at the office, the HOA has to pay for your postage and mail the ballot to the address on the envelope. USPS is unreliable as far as timing so please be sure to give yourself ample time to mail your ballot or you can contact the IOE for the Escondido address to drop your ballot off in person.
