Villa Antigua Homeowners Association
The Villa Antigua Homeowners Association has been self-managed since 1983. We seek to help our residents thrive by providing an exclusive community consisting of 202 units. Villa Antigua’s common facilities include tennis courts, a pool/spa area, clubhouse, and a playground.
We are located in the coveted neighborhood of Tierrasanta, Spanish for “holy land,” just northwest of the San Diego River, and only a short distance from Mission Trails Regional Park. Surrounded by walking nature trails, this prime location has just about everything you need to make you feel right at home.
