RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE ASSOCIATION CLUBHOUSE

HOURS:  Monday through Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

 

Clubhouse Reservations:

  1. Reservations must be made through the Association Manager a minimum of ten days prior to the function.
  2. Owner/Tenant acknowledges receipt of the Rules and Regulations governing the use of the Association Clubhouse. Owners/tenants and guests must comply with the Rules and Regulations. The Clubhouse must be left clean, undamaged.

If the Clubhouse requires cleaning your account will be invoiced $175.00.

If the Clubhouse is damaged in any way, your account will be invoiced accordingly.

  1. An approved Reservation Form confirms the reservation. Homeowners’ monthly assessment payments must be current.
  2. All reservations must be made by the occupant of the unit.  If a reservation is for a tenant, the unit owner assumes full responsibility and liability for the facilities.
  3. All functions must be supervised by an adult – AT ALL TIMES.

 

USE OF CLUBHOUSE:

  1. You will be given access to the clubhouse during your reservation time via your Brivo mobile pass or fob.
  2. Check the Clubhouse for damage upon arrival and report any damage seen or you will be held liable for the damage.
  3. The use of music, live or recorded, shall be confined to a volume so as not to infringe on the rights of the residents of neighboring units.
  4. PLEASE NO putting anything on the walls- Use painter’s tape NOT regular tape, tacks, pins, etc.
  5. Lighted candles or decorations that constitute a fire hazard are prohibited.
  6. Maximum capacity of the clubhouse is 36.
  7. Any damage to the facility, furniture, etc., will be billed to the unit owner reserving the clubhouse.
  8. The unit owner is responsible for any uninvited guests.
  9. Use of the clubhouse is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure all guests follow all city, county and state health guideline orders and/or any mandate put in place by a government entity.

 

FOLLOWING YOUR FUNCTION:

  1. Return all furniture to its original location.
  2. Sweep &/or mop the floor, clean the countertops, tables, & refrigerator & the microwave. Empty

waste baskets and remove trash by placing any bags in the trash enclosure outside the entry door.

Empty the cupboards.  DO NOT FORGET THE BATHROOMS.

  1. Turn off all lights. ENSURE ALL DOORS, INCLUDING DOOR FROM CLUBHOUSE TO THE RESTROOM IS CLOSED.
